Taxation Expert
Lead tax compliance, planning and HMRC advisory across individual and business client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review Corporation Tax (CT600) returns
- Manage Self-Assessment Tax Returns
- Oversee VAT Returns and Making Tax Digital compliance
- Deliver tax planning and structuring advice
- Handle HMRC enquiries, audits and investigations
- CTA preferred or ACA/ACCA with Tax specialisation
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Experience with HMRC systems and tax software
- 4–8 years of UK tax practice experience
Audit & Risk Manager
Ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strong risk management across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop internal control and risk management frameworks
- Oversee AML compliance procedures
- Perform client portfolio risk assessments
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections
- ACA or ACCA qualified (Audit pathway)
- Knowledge of ISA and UK GAAP/FRS standards
- AML compliance certification preferred
- 5–10 years of audit, assurance or risk management experience
Human Resources & Payroll Manager
Manage payroll operations, HR compliance, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll and RTI submissions
- Manage pension auto-enrolment compliance
- Maintain HR policies, records, and contracts
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
- Support employee development and performance management
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Payroll qualification (CIPP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- 3–7 years of HR and payroll experience
Financial Accountant / Account Manager
Prepare statutory accounts, manage client portfolios, and deliver high-quality accounting services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare annual statutory accounts
- Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, and journals
- Manage client accounting relationships
- Review bookkeeping and VAT submissions
- Support year-end reporting and compliance
- ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified
- AAT Level 4 minimum
- Experience with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
- 2–6 years of accounting practice experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting software platforms and integrations
- Oversee cybersecurity and GDPR compliance
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and data backups
- Implement automation and digital workflows
- Provide technical support and training to staff
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity best practices
